Marvelous
MARVELOUS is an interactive exhibition exhibit that visualizes over 10,000 comic figures and their complex relationships with one another.
Whether business, politics or entertainment: the amount of complex information is constantly growing and with it the demands on the design of information. The comic publisher Marvel has created a multiverse full of exciting characters.
How many enemies does Spider Man have and in which issues does he meet them? How long has Iron Man known the Hulk? To convey such information, we have designed an installation that stylistically approaches the world of comics and at the same time guarantees a smooth information flow.
The image data is projected onto a transparent screen using a mirror. The resulting "Pepper's ghost effect" is an ideal scenographic match for the visual worlds of the Marvel comics.
